![]() ![]() After four decades under a dictatorship, the country is in the process of rebuilding itself as a democracy. Z: Where is the most exciting place you've been?Ī: I visited Albania for the first time in 2019 and was blown away. However, eating together at the table each evening, getting out for walks wherever possible, and supportive Grandparents go a long way to keep us all levelled. ![]() ![]() Z: How do you balance your work and personal lifestyle?Ī: Whilst I'd love to say that I have this nailed, some weeks are better than others! Working in Logistics means plenty of time-sensitive challenges that can't wait so balancing this with my job as Mum to a 5-year-old is challenging to say the least. Most recently, I've been challenging myself to get news from multiple conflicting outlets because I believe that we need to listen to each other even when we have opposing opinions for society to be at its best. Z: Can you share your personal purpose statement?Ī: My personal mission statement is to lead by example, personifying my values of kindness, compassion, empathy, hard work and open-mindedness. ![]() What does the award mean for you?Ī: Perhaps the best way to sum this up is to share that I burst into tears when I heard my name! I really want to do a good job, to the point that I can be quite tough on myself, so being nominated by colleagues I work with, and respect means a great deal to me. Z: You recently won the Star Performer at the PRIDE Awards. I'm currently the Logistics Coordinator for UK & Ireland, a role I've held since 2016. Zoetis: What is your role at the company?Īlice: I joined Pfizer Animal Health as a contractor in the customer services team back in 2012 before joining Zoetis permanently in 2013.
